Great staff! Very clean I’ll recommend I had a great experience

The bed was almost next to wall- sharp at end of bed. The bed mattress sunk in middle. The refrigerator had rotten food in it- they cleaned. TV needed a different remote. Bed spread had stain. These hotels need to be updated. Clean floor & bedding.

Verygood hotel, only one complaint in that our car was damaged in the parking area. If this had been my car rather than a rental i would have been fuming there was alot of damage and it wasnt by a car door!! I would have been taking this alot further.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The breakfast area was entirely too small for the number of guests and had very limited choices. Also, one evening I opened our room door and bugs had been drawn to the light near the door. They flew in the open door and we spent the rest of the night killing bugs.

Dirty.

The grandkids loved the playground and pool. We had two rooms- one was okay- one was very dirty and full of flies. The breakfast had enough variety to please everyone. The staff was friendly and efficient. The maids spoke to us and were friendly. A sign in the room said they only clean every third day- we stayed only 2 nights. I didn’t complain or ask for further cleaning.

Decent place to stay. Room was nice and clean, however, the stairs had a lot of spider webs, giving untidy feeling. The Place also offers free Shettle service to Niagara Fall, in case you want to go and don't want to drive.

It was very clean and had friendly staff. There continental breakfast was not just muffins and Bagels, it had real breakfast foods.

The facilities are a bit run down from age, but the staff were wonderful and took care of us

We ended up in the king room with the big soaker tub in the corner and the faucet dripped all night. Otherwise, no complaints. Nice little option for Niagara Falls.

We had 3 towels, 1 washcloth and 6 flat pillows for 4 guests. The mattresses were VERY firm. The facility was clean and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I'd say bring your own pillows if you want to get any sleep.

The property and facilities are alright. The staff is very helpful.

Its decent but not worth the money paid.

Overall, the room was ok but their was an u sed bar of soap on the top shelf of the shower and our feet were black from the floor! Mop it!

Some of the staff was very friendly, the rooms were dirty had them come clean. They were supposed to have a breakfast but they only had waffles and cereal most mornings. I wouldn’t ever stay again.

When we arrived, we went into the room. There was bugs in the windowsill, and the TV would not work when you turn on the bathroom light the fan would squall I went and told the lady at the front desk that the TV wouldn’t work and that the room was dirty, and I wanted to change rooms And she said since I stepped into the room that they could no longer do that and they was booked anyway. The outside looks great, but the inside is very dirty and staff was very rude. The big thing was TV would flicker on and off and then lose signal and even if it was working right, you only had three channels. I will not return.
