Room was clean. Staff were friendly the breakfast looked amazing but we usually ate out. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best, it felt hot. Bars and restaurants close by we had an amazing time. The location was nice.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff was helpful. Rooms were well maintained. I did not eat the breakfast buffet. The “restaurant” could be expanded beyond breakfast.

My room was cleaned daily and no noise at night, great staff, the change in room upon arrival made a difference with the AC. There is still a governor that does not allow the ac to go below 20c. Always a pleasure staying here.

Do Not Stay Here!! I have never left a hotel early because of its condition. This was the first.

Breakfast was great. Room was a bit warm but I never said anything. Very spacious.

Very good stay. Only thing is the noise from the street and clubs which is something the hotel can do nothing about. Staff was very helpful and nice. They could not find me a room on the other side of the street so they provided ear plugs!

The room was perfect except for the street noise. Clubs nearby played loud music all night. The best authentic Chinese food we found a block from the hotel.

Great location, good staff, not a lot of noise for being near lots of restaurants and bars, only issue is that the gym could use some free weights

Great deal for the money! Breakfast can be bought at the hotel, so you won't have to pay for meals you aren't going to eat. It would be hard to find a breakfast elsewhere for the same price. Quality was uneven though, so best to checkout the buffet before you pay. Room was nice, big, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The linens were stained at times. However there was daily maid service, and the maid service was friendly and eager to please. Water pressure and temperature were good, but don't drink it! Speaking of water, you get only two small bottles per day, and more is unavailable from the hotel. The neighbourhood is safe and lively (lots of bars), but food in the immediate area is basically tacos, tacos, & more tacos. Better food can be found within 1/2 hour radius.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the buffet breakfast was different every day. Excellent food and very friendly staff had a great time. Highly recommended staying here if you get the chance

The AC wasn’t working properly and I complained and they said someone couldn’t come until the next morning. I was only staying there one night so that was not helpful

Not sure what to say. Always like this place. Staff is friendly and helpful and I always sleep well despite it being in a lively and noisy part of the city.
