Smells a bit

Room was great, but there was a weird smell on the floor my sister and I stayed in. Also, the toilet has mold in it. Like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in a week or two.

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a ton of hotels. To start off, the water when you turned on the sink was brown. Next, the shower had absolutely no water pressure. There was no conditioner in the shower and my fiancé had to go down and get me some and the guy only gave him two small bottles. The place smelled liked cigarettes. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Poor customer service. Did not clean the room through a four day stay. Had to ask for clean towels. On one occasion, asked for clean towels and was told there were only two clean towels available and I would have to come down to the front desk to get them. I would not recommend this hotel ever!

Room was really horrible. I do understand the facility is a long stay for some. But someone doing a short stay should get quality service. The bathroom ceiling was horrible and it just didn’t give a fresh clean feeling.

The Comfort Inn was out of power and not taking any customers. I expect a full refund due to this happening. It was beyond my control so I expect the refund quickly

Yes my room was clean. But rest of the hotel wasn’t great. Especially the pool area. It needs a major update. Broken windows and the exhaust fan situation is hideous. The stuff that understood English was reasonably tolerable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired very limited selection only one juice no creamer for the coffee just 2% milk. .

Was questioned if i actually needed an accessibility room. The breakfast was not good. The room had unsafe railing in shower. Parking lot had garbage everwher

They need to be a little more organized in customer attentiveness. It took me a minute, 15 to be exact to get new towels for the room. And when we used the pool I asked for towels and was told the would bring them in 5 minutes but never came.

Parking was fine. Had to wait for food to be brought out.

The hotel is unkept, dirty, and a bit run down. There were air conditioners stacked up by the elevator, a van seat by the bathrooms in the lobby. The pool looked like it was never cleaned. Would never stay again

Parking easy, convenient, but they could have aput a table in the room for people to eat, the refrigerator was small, other than that everything was fine..

The bathroom tube was dirty. Tv wasn’t working and toilet was broke.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. Expedia you should not have this hotel listed is a shame. And the night wasn’t cheap almost a $100 for a very poor quality hotel and I won’t even talk about the bad breakfast. Please don’t come here

Nothing noteworthy

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom had been repaired, but was basically clean although there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower for my first shower, but the cleaning person replaced it immediately. They need to work on customer service. No greeting from the front desk or friendliness any time I entered the hotel. At check in I was not told about WiFi or the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was sub-par even for these kind of offerings. Only regular coffee and powdered cream. Only decaf tea. Some cereal, lots of white bread, cooked food was plastic-like. Very unappealing. If they improved their customer interactions they would have a much better hotel.

I didn't like this hotel, the breakfast was lacking and the bathroom in the room was tacky no bars to hang your towels on the shower curtain was raggly The only thing was good about it was the beds were comfortable and the double room was spacious but yeah I won't be staying there again
