Great hotel close to everything you need in ft myers

Very clean, great area

Very nice staff, beautiful place, good food at the restaurant, good prices, the pool was great

Dirty and loud

There were baseball players in town that were loud in the hallways all Night and messed up and dirtied the gym . No parking

Hotel convenient to family, staff nice hotel clean however, upon arrival at 7 PM we had to switch rooms as the AC cover was on the floor and two fans were running in the room. Manager Jay was horrified, but moved me to another room right away! Food at restaurant however it was horrible. Had to go down to the hotel restaurant to order takeout because they refused to answer the phone. The food made me sick! Please know that I have several rooms reserved for a celebration at the end of next month hoping things will be better than!

All of the staff were wonderful.

Terrible cookie upfront, the bed was like a bottomless pit, hammock. Online booking breakfast was 40$, but at the hotel it was only 15$.

I like this properly alot , the estaff was very helpfull in friendly. Hotel very clean

The staff was pleasant. The area was nice and quiet. There were restaurants as well as shopping near. Also a Dave and Busters across the parking lot.

I liked the property immensely. The staff was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Just wish there was a hot tub by the pool

My son & I had a positive experience. We loved the pool with the waterfall, and housekeeping consistently did a great job.

Can’t complain it was a great stay. Love where it’s located.

This is the best DoubleTree I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff is very friendly & helpful. The housekeeping staff goes above & beyond.
