**Needs major updates and better housekeeping** > I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. * **The Room:** The cleanliness was lacking, as I found trash on the floor upon arrival. The bed felt very old and made loud, squeaky noises every time I shifted. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, offering zero soundproofing against noisy neighbors. * **The Breakfast:** Very disappointing. There were very few options available, and what they did have was in incredibly limited quantities. They didn't even provide standard options like bagels or fresh fruits, no waffle machine too. Kids were disappointed. For the price, you can find much better comfort and service elsewhere.

Outside looks dumpy. Inside is old. I've seen better gyms in prisons on tv. It is not like the pictures at all you can't work out here. Newer carpeting in rooms, bathroom floor wasn't very clean. Bed was way too hard. After one night I asked for a refund and we found a new hotel. It is on the wrong side of Hinton away from the main townsite. Staff were very nice and he understood my displeasure.

Cable wasn't working and for Breakfast they ran out of Bread.. poor planning

Clean, nice room. Functional kitchenette in the room. Only negative was the wifi was patchy at best. Otherwise everything was very good.

Nice stay

Decent stay but you get what you pay for. It is definitely not a luxury stay, but we liked the convenience of its location, the breakfast that was included even though variety is limited. they served the same food daily during our 4-day stay. The view was nice and they have outdoor seating. if you would like to enjoy your food outdoors. the place was conveniently located and near the skybridge. it was a quiet town, we were able to have a good night’s sleep and the beds were comfortable. they did not do proper housekeeping when we requested for service. no linen change. facilities are dated. pool is small and the slide was not functional.

The person at the reception when I arrived was great.

We had a rough start because when we climbed into bed, we found a gritty surface on the sheets. We had to move to a new room, but for the money, it was a decent play to stay for three nights. We arrived just before they closed for the season, but Corbin did his best to make our stay pleasant.

Room was very large (king room main floor) AC worked. Quiet place.Ricky’s next door.

It was difficult for me to climb up the stairs as there was no elevator but the staff were always ready to help us with our suitcases. Having a pancake or waffle maker would be great with the buffet breakfast. Otherwise we had a good n restful stay, thank you.

Good price including parking and breakfast. Just a few minute’s drive to beaver boardwalk. Room is clean. 24 hour free coffee and tea is marvellous.

Night check in guy was awesome. Less offerings for breakfast then other days inns that we’ve stayed. Never had housekeeping knocking on our door before 9 am at any other property.

Decent”ish” no need to ever go back. We had to find a room where the AC/Heat worked. Corbin worked with us; thanks C. Parking was fine, breakfast was a bit meagre, but there are plenty of options in town. It would be classified as Basic Level in my opinion. You get a feeling of concern from the halls and the noise from the second floor, although our room was clean.
