Location was perfect! Parking was a nightmare but the valet service really helped that issue. The couch was very old, leather was worn, cushions were falling apart. Ceiling tiles were bowing in areas, need counter space in bathroom, and fire alarm was disconnected and hanging down (I assume there was another one but the one hanging needs to be removed and replaced). Beach bar was great and food was ono! Pool looks nothing like pictures - could definitely be cleaned and fixed to make it a nicer option for guests. Parking pass and beach tags were a plus. Bed was comfy and kitchen was decent (didn’t use anything besides refrigerator) but there were cups, etc for use. Floor at entryway of hotel and in elevators need replaced as they were worn.

Very old building, great proximity to beach. Could be cleaner and spruced up. Antique elevator, very slow. Positive, we could bring our dog.

Our room was right next to the restaurant the band played past ten pm and it was loud

The hotel is unique. The beach club is amazing. The food was great. Staff was excellent right on the beach can’t beat it.

Beautiful beach... However the hotel is very old and that is a fact for the furniture, appliances. The bed is in good shape and has clean sheets but not the one inside the cauch. The water pressure at the shower is very good.

The hotel is old and needs updates. It’s situated in prime location but the activity there needs more parking spaces. The woman who checked us in was just ok not warm and friendly like other hotels. No explanation about the area where hotel guests can park, or where we can get towels for the pool. We arrived on a Saturday where the was so much activity at the restaurant and people going to the beach that parking for hotel guests was insane. It felt like being a hotel guest had no privileges even when your spending top dollar per night. Next time we will rent a condo.

I checked out early as I could not sleep in the bed a 2nd night. Lost money since out of cancellation period. Room, every inch including bathroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom in need of total repair and cleaning. Do disappointing. Just bad!!!

I like it because it was right on the beach, staff was accommodating and friendly. Parking was difficult only when the restaurant was open and people used valet parking-our car would be blocked in and we had to ask that the car be moved to another space. That was an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great.

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. The location is great as it is isolated from Atlantic City beaches. There are local beaches directly adjacent. The property is old and has character. We had a water leak in our rooms and got upgraded to the penthouse which made it better. The staff is very nice and prompt for any services that we needed.

My wife & I spent six nights at the Legacy. The staff and fellow guests were friendly. We've stayed here 5-6 times before, usually mid July. We like walking on the beach. I also enjoy playing golf. The local restaurants are good. Brigantine is a nice, quiet residential beach town. And Atlantic City is only 5 miles away. We'll be back.

Great location on beach, however very outdated rooms.

They are rude, unhelpful and the place is falling apart I’ve been going here every summer for 40 years and the last 3 years have been the worst for me. No more! The hotels in AC are better then this place

It was okay- the hotel is really nothing special- the price you're paying is for the view and beach access and that's it. But gets the job done. Staff was very nice. Restaurant right there is nice to have too. Beach area was great. If you have kids and the pool is open that was good too on a rainy day.

I like the way the night life was attached to the hotel so no need for transportation and how everything we needed was walking distance. The room was clean. The beach was steps away. I can’t say I disliked anything about my stay.

I absolutely love this place! I go to Brigantine often because I drive my truck on the beach so I didn't even use the hotels beach but the fact that the best restaurant in town is also attached to this hotel where you can dine outside among the palm trees and then sit on the beach, Makes it the perfect place! Clean and comfortable and not expensive!

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and it was right on the beach. I live in Nassau and I have beautiful beaches but this was very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful for my husband and I
