I initially stayed in a room that wasn't the best, but John Paul quickly moved me to a better room at no additional cost. Overall a lovely stay. A complementary ride to the international airport the next day and a delightful breakfast selection.

I’m surprised this hotel is not completely booked up all the time. Fabulous prices, great location, staff are amazing and clean rooms. This will be our third time staying their in the last 3 months!!!

Staff was amazing, room was clean. The only thing I could complain about would be the TV, the channel hockey game was on was very distorted. LOL

Room was nice, thought it was funny that we found an empty bottle of wine by the bed and a cookie on the floor.

This was my first time staying at the location! It was amazing, and clean, and so very quiet! I'll definitely stay here again

The air system was dirty, there was dust in the room. Staff was ok.

Breakfast is not included. The room was clean and standard. Staff was lovely to deal with. Parking is free and lots of availability which is rare in the city!

Rooms look clean, sheets not very white. Staff members are different, some are not helpful, some are friendly, not enough smiling. Not very helpful in explaining, I asked Tuesday night for an extension stay, staff did not want to explain that they were sold out, and responded to go and check the online booking, didn't want to talk much. Other than that the place is okay.
