Wonderful hotel great location lovely spa and pool and staff really friendly and helpful

This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each day and said it was really good and very clean.

Hotel is magnificent, rooms clean staff great, spa is spectacular. Only thing we did t like was breakfast in restaurant, food bland, powdered eggs served?!?!?

Conservation of the room was very bad. No cold air on at condicioning system. Just ventilation In one the there is housekeeping on my daughter room

This hotel is absolutely beautiful on the outside and in the main areas, lobby, bar, stunning entry! The restaurant and bar are beautiful but very expensive for what is slightly above average food. The location to seeing things in Pest is excellent and the concierge service, namely Kryzstina was superb for restaurant recommendations and securing us a private walking tour. The room service was okay, they are not generous with towels or shower/bath products. It would have been nice to have the bed clothes changed daily. Overall a good stay for the price.

From the time we got off the taxi, we were greeted and everyone was welcoming and eager to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The hotel is beautiful and spa services are very nice. I definitely recommend the breakfast buffet! The most lavish spread I have experienced in 30 years of travel!

Staff was excellent and a special occasion very memorable

Beautiful, grand hotel with gorgeous lobby. Close to shops and restaurants. Great walking neighborhood. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very quiet as it faced into a central courtyard, so no street noise keeping us awake. Bed comfortable, decent shower, big fluffy towels, robes and slippers, good selection of food at breakfast (we’re vegetarian). Ideal location for the opera. A little way from other main attractions but can walk in about 25 mins. All very good would recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel, not far from New York cafe. I had booked us an executive room so we had access to the spa and the executive lounge. We also received a very nice upgrade upon check-in to a a two room suite. The spa is delightful and the executive lounge could not have been better. Mike the concierge at the executive lounge made us extremely welcome and his service was exemplary. We had cocktails and even a light dinner one evening in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality and included a freshly prepared omelette station. There was a small selection of gluten free bread and crackers. The hotel is on a fairly busy street with a little street noise on Saturday night. Overall highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay which included access to the Spa. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were excellent.

Excellent pool and spa facilities. Comfy bedding. Showers themselves in the room could have been better (tiny shower head, poor pressure, limited coverage from water splashing outside shower). But the overall hotel more than made up for it. Staff is lovely.

This is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Spa was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Decor was stunning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them.
