The hotel is in a very good location close to restaurants, casinos and shopping

Everything was wonderful, we were upgraded to ocean view. I just don't understand why they would charge us if we would use the coffee if it was part of the amenities and the maids were always asking for tips leaving notes and envelopes. We don't need to be told, it's obvious that you have to leave a daily tip. I just wish they would concentrate more on leaving toilet paper instead of me asking for it practically daily. I do want to praise Veronica the receptionist for her professionalism

Would be great to see the rooms a bit updated, but still great place to stay.

No blankets, no drinking glasses, not enough towels, noise from street and hallway,

Friendly staff and very clean

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They did their best to work with my broken Spanish and treated me really well.

Breakfast was always good. Fresh fruit every day. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Room was bit dated but clean. Staff was very responsive and courteous. Over Alla pleasant stay.

The only bad thing it was that the swimming pool is too small and people that they are not in the hotel was using it.

Friendly welcoming staff, nice clean property with updated showers and good Wi-Fi but otherwise pretty standard 'hotel by the beach boardwalk' kind of place. Very very loud music out back almost every night until quite late. It sounds like the radio is on in your bedroom - it's that loud. I got used to it but it's a significant factor that you should consider. I stayed six nights and the music was pretty much a constant from Thursday to Sunday at least. The restaurant food is pretty good and there's a small pool with a small slide that seem to be popular with families. Definitely recommend as a moderate priced option that's safe and very convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby and literally on the beach! Note - if I were more sensitive to the noise, I would probably rate this 3 stars.

Personnel was very helpful and polite, everything is in walking distance. I recommend to take some earplugs since is in the malecon. I would definably come back!
