This hotel was amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic location in the centre of Merida . No car necessary yo explore voluminous Roman history

Restaurants not open most of the day. Hotel was wonderful. Valet parking a good service.

Excellent location and very good car parking service. Nice room overlooking Plaza de Spaña. Interesting building with delightful staff. Can a hotel with a swimming pool that’s only open seasonally qualify as a 5*?

Good property with good value for your money. Breakfast a bit hectic and understaffed but ok.

First of all the building IS a palace. Very beautiful and well decorated. The staff was superb - really went out of their way to help, accommodate, and guide us.

Beautiful hotel in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in front of the plaza with many dining options right in front of hotel, ideal to live the tapas culture!

An excellent hotel on the main square on Merida in an updated historic building giving it a real sense of place. The facilities and service were impeccable.

Hotel was in a perfect central situation with valet parking. A lovely atmosphere with interesting attractive decor. Helpful staff with advice on the local area.

Lovely hotel in the main square. Walking distance to all locations around the town. I self parked at a local parking garage, the Cervantes Parking parking area. Parking spaces were tight but ok. Staff at the hotel were excellent. The night manage was very helpful.

Great place to stay except for the window that doesn’t close all the way so you can hear the noise from the street and cold air goes through as well
