The hotel has changed it's name and it's under new management. Hopefully the rooms will get updated with more modern look and also get in proper air conditioning to manage the hot and cold in the rooms. The one thing that I hope will remain the same is the amazing breakfast and service.

The staff is Excellent!! The hotel is in great shape. It is easy to find you way to around. I really must say the hotel staff goes beyond what you would experience at a regular hotel. Sam at the check in, helped me out on a daily basis answering questions with the hotel and the surrounding area. The manager, I forgot his name was excellent and beyond helpful. I would stay here every time I needed a place in Midleton. Thank you and your staff

It was a great stay . I had a good night sleep and a nice shower . The food downstairs is also good .

This property has been refurbished but some thought needed to be put into the bathroom for 302. You have a hard time finding the soap dispenser. It’s closer to the toilet than the sink. The cleaning staff do an excellent job & I would stay here again. Our biggest complaint was the bar area. The food was typical. But the staff seemed inattentive. We were offered free coffee but by the time we found someone to ask for our check we had been there long enough & went to bed.

Easy check in, cheerful staff, great parking and wonderful location! Easy walk downtown, fantastic recommendations from staff on pubs. Room was tidy. We were so busy we didn't have time to see the pool!

This was a great place to stay with very friendly staff. The restaurant, albeit it busy, served some great food, and wasn’t slow in doing so. I was travelling on business, but would certainly return for leisure.

Close to the Main Street and easy walk to Midleton Distillery

Artwork wasn’t appealing. Wash clothes would help. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Wellness center was wonderful. Dining was good. Staff was friendly.

I have stayed here a few times when working and this is always my go to hotel. Great price, great location and great hotel. The only thing I would say is to upgrade the TV’s in the rooms

Lovely hotel and staff were really friendly. My only complaint was that the beds were really uncomfortable.

This hotel is very pleasant, the furnishings are of good quality, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and tidy. The gym is to a good standard and the steam room is also very good. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I would stay here on my every visit to Cork. it is approx 15 mins outside of Cork city centre, so you couldn't walk into the City from Midleton.

Great location and very comfortable stay

Staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was wonderful. Not a far drive to Cobh or Cork. And just a few minutes drive to Jameson!

Staff were very friendly and on site restaurant was excellent. Easy walking to restaurants and Midleton Distillery. Pool and hot tub were shared with a fitness club so were not super appealing. Room was large, clean and quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
