Nice staff, excellent breakfast, rooms can be improved

Excellent location and service. Def worth more than 2 stars. Room is small but perfect for 2 people. Washroom is large. I would definitely stay here again.

Old property, decent. Did not have a blackout curtain. Expect (in our room) direct sunlight coming in with no way to block it out since early morning. The staff was very professional and kind.

The property is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. It locates in the center of the city. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.

This last minute stay was perfect for such a good price!

The location is perfect to get just about anywhere when walking. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The historic building could use some upgrades and repairs.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a small street-side room. The room had lovely afternoon sun and was otherwise perfectly adequate for two.

El moviliario del hotel es muy viejo, las habitaciones standar muy pequeñas pero lo conveniente es que tienen baño privado, el hotel esta en una ubicacion increiblemente adecuada para caminar y revorrer lisboa de manera facil, el hotel esta en una zona de tiendas de marca y teatros y hoteles de 5*, si buscas buen precio y excelente locacion este es el hotel ideal.

Was great stay and breakfast was wonderful

Location was great for shopping. Roomwas small,with no bath and no view. Beds were comfotable, linenes were a little warn. Front desk was garralous- somewhere between helpful and pushy. Tour bus recommendations were poor. Whole place feels a little rin down. Breakfast was ok, with great pasteles, but breads were often somewhat stale. Overall what we expected for 2 star hotel.

The hotel is 200yrs old but has been well maintained and updated as necessary. Unfortunately the elevator was broken upon our arrival Louis, who was at reception came to the lobby & carried up our suitcases, twice! What service both from Louis & Victor

The second day, the elevator stopped working. I was there for 5 days, and I had to carry my bags up three flights of stairs when I left, at least going down.

Lovely quaint hotel located right in the middle of central Lisbon. Perfect location for walking to all the sights of the old town, close to major metro stations. Staff were warm, welcoming, and v helpful.
