Very nice hotel in nice walkable neighborhood.

Our rooms were large, comfortable and extremely clean! Michael is the best! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and worth the fee! We couldn’t have been more pleased!

We stayed at a suite room with one couple and a friend. The couple used a separated bedroom with a full bathroom, and the other used a sofa bed and a half bath. We were comfy and enjoyed the area.

Unlikely, the bathroom door was missing. The main bad was very good.

Ideal location for the zoo and close enough to the Christmas markets.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and staff were both friendly and helpful. Reception staff helped me find how to get tram into centre of Frankfurt and where to go there in order to see as much as possible in one day. Hotel itself was spotless as was my room.Breakfast was self service but very good. Area around hotel was nice and I as a older female had no anxiety walking at night on my own.

Hotel is good, I stayed not first time here and will stay in the future. Great breakfast, good location and the room (nothing luxury, like a good 3* hotel). This time I needed to print 6 pages, and I discovered that should pay for it. I suppose this basic service must be free in such an expensive hotel, of course we don't speak about hundreds of pages. Location is good too

I nice little gem. We stayed there just to be close to the zoo and were nicely surprised! Super friendly staff and the breakfast was outstanding!

The staff were great! My room was exactly as advertised - no frills. I needed an affordable room with two twin beds on short notice. This is exactly what I received. What was above and beyond was the complimentary breakfast every morning - it was quite delicious!! The negative was that the location is only close to the zoo. Otherwise, all other attractions and fine dining were not conveniently close.
