Outdated furniture in the room. very loud music playing late at night as walls are very thin you can hear a full conversation from next door like is in your room. no phone in the room to call front desk,or clock for alarm. No elevator. I put a do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping still walk into the room regardless of anyone in the room. I found that very disturbing as I didn’t want any service in my room. Carpet in the room had stains. Very convenient but I will not stay there again.

No internet connection whole stay lost hours of work spent more time at dunking donuts to get some edits done staff assured I would receive maintenance I didn’t bought a bowl plus cups for sweet as none were provided

We had a same day need for a room, and the price was very reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable.

Quiet and clean

Let me juat start to say the room had tons of holes in the wall rigkt near the bed and on the walls. The window was open because it couldn't shut or lock. I wouldn't stay there again if the room was FREE.

this is a very unsafe hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. There’s little girls in rooms screaming please no while the men they share the room with say stuff like “I WANT YOU ON THE BED”- I went out for a smoke break, caught a man leaving my room. With my daughter inside. This hotel screams human trafficking and I felt extremely unsafe here. The front desk lady in the morning is extremely rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service along with unsafe doors and conditions.

Great overall stay

My room reeked of cigarettes. The toilet paper had seemingly been dropped in a dirty toilet then put back so that it was soaked and yellow. The outlets did not work. They were able to switch my room and the front desk worker was nice but the overall experience was simply GROSS.

There was Mold and cockroaches in every room I was offered three different rooms and all of them were in terrible condition. I would recommend you shut down your hotel and do a Full cleaning. I had no where to go last night as I payed for the room already and was forced to buy plastic coverings for the shower and bed so I could sleep peacefully during my travels. This was terribly inconvenient and I’m shocked because i usually enjoy staying with hotels under your company.

Vety run down, filthy inside, my room had roaches, holes in the walls. Stains everywhere, no microwave in the room the air-conditioning was missing knobs couldn't be adjusted the bathroom fan didn't work ait smell in the hallway and rooms.

We found mold on the ceiling. A broken toilet paper holder(gone) holes in the shower curtain and woke up to a couple big bugs crawling on the counter near the sink. I have pictures

Never come back

Place was dirty. Constantly smelled like weed especially in the bathroom. They didn't keep my reservation, tried to give me a room that had holes in the wall. I went back to get a different room, showed them what I reserved and I still had trouble getting a decent room. Definitely don't recommend.

The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana as soon as we walked in the room. The hallways smelled of smoke as well. Bugs were present in the room but were only found when I turned on the lights in the bathroom and entry way in the middle of the night. They ended up scattering when the lights came on. The bathtub had burn marks on it, either from someone's cigarette or whatever else was being used to burn and smoke in the room. Place was a dump.

Went to our room it wasn’t even cleaned. It was trash all over. Went back to hotel desk and gave us another room with two beds when we paid for a king. The ceiling in the bathroom was wet and falling down. A roach was running up the bathroom wall. No breakfast like they advertised. The hallways smell of smoke. The whole place should be condemned.

This hotel was so bad that once we checked in and saw our room we went back out asked for a refund and left. We had our 13 year old daughter and her friend with us and my wife and I could never let them stay here. The property looked like it was used for prostitution, drugs, low income housing, and maybe where homeless people stayed when they had enough money. It appeared unsafe, unclean and not fit to even be open as a hotel.
