Arrived, checked in the same day and ON time. The room reeked of mold and was filthy. I immediately went to the front desk “manager” Charles signed a refund form and told me to contact Expedia. Now the hotel claims there’s no such manager and refuses the refund, even with proof. Never again.

I don’t often leave reviews on here but I thought I would given the good service I was provided by the staff at the front desk, I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the front desk on the night of the 16th of September but he was very friendly and accommodating to this couple from New Zealand, so I hope this review reaches him and he is well looked after by the management. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

The rooms smelled of mold. The floor was dirty. The bathroom sink has rust on it. Next door outside was a fence and there it looked like homeless people living.

I went there because my ac went out at home and i get there and the ac is barely blowing i had to skeep with no cover all night cause it didnt get cold. !! The room smelled like weed in a non smoking room . Restroom vent was falling down. NO IRON , THE IRONING BOARD WAS DISGUSTING . There was fly that came out of the sink. Ughhh never again!!

Floor in room looks like never seen a mop. My son took of hes shoes as soon as we walk in the room, 2 mts later they were totaly black. Was there to 2 nights but only stayed 1 and wasn't able to sleep because of woman banging on door in front of my room and screaming, scared my kids and me. Will never go back there and hopelly i get refunded.

Coffee was amazing and the staff was awesome, followed thru with every request I had

People got dogs out barking all night and when i checked in my room the fridge had food in it still

Horrible places would never book again pictures look nothing like the property it was a horrible smell I booked a non smoking room and smelled like pure smoke ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! bedding was filthy had dirty like someone been walking on the beds with muddy work boots, only good thing was the man at the front desk he was very polite! Do better best western!
