They offer a shuttle from the airport, but

Drove in after an unexpected snow storm needed to stay for the night. Room did not have hot water or air circulation.

We were tired and a bit stressed after a swmi-long several hours. We were earlier than check-in time but called to see about checking in early. We were told we could but would be charged $30. The room was obviously ready and we had paid over $200+ already, we were taken aback. Of course we didn’t pay to come early. We’ve never had to pay for early entry anywhere else and won’t stay at this one again.

I did not stay there for The afternoon of my arrival and said they had lost their hot water heater and I could cancel without penalty. Which I did. From when I’ve seen of the photos. It looks like a nice place.

It was a nice spot to spend a night

The king suite I was assigned was a two story suite with a rather long climb to the upper floor to the bedroom. If you have any problem with stairs keep this in mind. Also, not a lot of dining options in the immediate area.

I have stayed in this location a few times it’s a decent place for the price.

Hotel was fine but the front desk staff was unenthusiastic and borderline rude

This hotel is a good value for the money. Our room was very spacious and the extra sink was a bonus. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. It was a little farther from our desired location, but it worked out. We were able to ski Beaver Creek one day and swim in Glenwood the next without traveling too far in either direction.

Training going on at front desk caused lots of uncertainty. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Sounded like a herd of elephants was staying above me. Sound insulation from floor to floor is bad. No office chair for desk.

It was the perfect spot to stay if you want to ski multiple places surrounding. Easy acres to aspen and vail

Good hotel for a family stay, we particularly enjoyed the excellent pool ans sauna. The choice of food for breakfast was good, and the front desk was friendly. However, our room didn’t get cleaned even though we were gone for most of the day.

Very unhelpful checkin person. Rude and uncooperative.

Stayed here to visit family and shared a room with them. Wish there was a divider in the room or another area to change except waiting on the bathroom. The beds were very firm so had some difficulty sleeping. The card keys would stop working and had to replace them a few times. Our hairdryer was not working so asked for a replacement but was told all rooms are booked and no extras. The pool was big but closed for half of our trip. Great location!

Just average. Beds were comfy but property needs an update.

My wife and I stayed here for a ski trip to Beaver Creek. It's close (20 minutes or so) and much cheaper than staying in Vail/Avon. It's also dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. Breakfast was good - there were eggs, potatoes, some kind of meat (bacon, sausage, chorizo) and then various other options (bread, cereal, fruit). Hotel was quiet and a short drive to many different restaurants in Eagle. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
