Clean rooms, convenient location.

Very clean room and hallways. Nice have breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Fan in washroom was very noisy (room 308). Poor condition of pillows. Terrible duvet!!! All clumped.

The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were great as well and promptly brought us anything we needed to our rooms, like cots or towels etc. The pool area was also excellent with comfortable resin wicker chairs to relax in while watching the kids play safely. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!

Not bad but not great. Overall it seems like the hotel facilities are too small for the number of rooms. The eating area, pool and hot tub are all pretty small and busy. And the sound proofing sucks. Felt like I could hear every door shut in the hotel.

We made arrangements in large part because of the pool. We wished someone had reached out to us beforehand to say that it wasn't available. Our kids were very disappointed!!

I added a roll out bed, there was hardly enough room for it to fit in the space. When I unfolded the bed it had not been cleaned...The bed had urine soaked sheets and blankets, still wet. The blankets on the regular beds in the room were awful! The duvet was so thin and the covering just kept slipping off every time you move. It resulted in very poor sleep for me and my family. We toughed it out for two of our three night stay because we at least enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately someone brought a drink in the pool area that was glass and broke it and the pool and hot tub had to be closed. We did not stay our final night. Every staff member seamed miserable, annoyed or uncaring. The buffet was not well maintained, not enough food and the hotel was not even very busy when we were there.

Friendly staff with good amenities. Loved that there was a SMART T.V. and we could access Netflix and Youtube in our room.

Room was great but heater was loud and was going iff every 5-8 mins. After much fidilling, finally found a way to shut it down.

Our room was okay.. some areas were not cleaned. The heater was also not adjustable and the room became like a sauna.

Room was clean and fresh, not musty like other chains we have used. Pool was clean, hot tub was clean, we enjoyed both.
