The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Our friend in another room had tea making facilities (kettle, cups, etc) whereas our room had nothing. There was no room service done during the day while we were out. Room felt cold with no way to increase the temperature. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Had a great stay. Clean, quaint but nicely designed and conveniently located.

Bo tea, coffee provided and not even a water boiler in the room. No shampoo, conditioner, just 1 kind of soap for your whole body. No phone in the room for room service, it’s just a room with a bed

The only thing was that They did not clean the room over the weekend. That means 4 days!!!!

We had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious. We had a family room which came with a double bed and a bed sofa about the same size as the double bed. The hotel was a bit run down but clean enough. The towels were getting old and sorry-looking. The breakfast was fine, fair selection to choose from. We paid for onsite parking. Location was good.

I was offered a room on the top floor (4) in order to get as much air through the window as possible, because the room doesn’t have an AC. It didn’t work, so this very unusual hot night i Sweden was terrible as regards the temperature. Despite from. This, the room was newly renovated and nice. The breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable beds, nice and clean room and breakfast good and ordinary. The building itself do not look modern and very nice but when you enter the hotel it is modern and comfortable with nice culours and nice modern art. Skovde is a very nice town, safe. Overall nice stay.

The hotel reception was useful, the hotel is clean and i did sleep well. I did not use any of the hotel facilities and i dud not have rhe breakfast. All in all a pleasent clean quiet stay. Would i stay again ? Yes i wolud, value for money.

Great rooms! Very clean and good sized. Breakfast was decent. Parking just outside on the street was really convenient.

Everything was in order and when we asked for bathrobes and slippers to use the sauna, receiving them was not a problem. Breakfast good. We wee offered a smoothie sot and when I reported no hot water for tea, the machine was refilled right away.

Nice hotel with good and flexible service. Walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast has all you need and the gym and sauna is fresh and nice. Free parking in garage is a plus!

Vi kände oss välkomna och hade en bra vistelse. Hotellet ligger centralt i Skövde. Svårt att hitta avgiftsfri parkeringsplats. Sköna sängar med gosiga kuddar. Utmärkt frukost, som gärna hade fått pågå till 09.30, eftersom vi varit på födelsedagskalas kvällen innan. ( Vi drog nog ut på frukosten ändå och den vänliga personalen kommenterade inte det. De pysslade med sitt). Till frukost åt jag bl a den godaste äggröra jag någonsin smakat. Jag tror att kocken hette Jenny?👍 Var rädd om den trevliga personalen ❤️! Hälsningar Inger

Härligt lugnt hotell. Positiv personal. Sköna sängar men lite för varmt på rummet . Fantastiskt god och riklig frukost

Över lag bra. Läge, service och frukost. Mindre bra var sängen som jag tyckte var för mjuk

Kort gångavstånd till centrum och lugnt och tyst. Rent och fint rum, om än lite väl spartanskt och rätt varmt med fönster i öst och stark vårsol på morgonen. Sjukt bra frukost och en fröjd att se personalens effektivitet. Det enda som ej imponerade var ”förmåner” som kom i mail innan vi anlände. ”En flaska cava på rummet = 570kr”. ”Tidigare incheckning 125kr/timme.” Samma sak med sen utcheckning. Vad hände med ”ert rum är faktiskt klart, så ni kan få nycklarna direkt.”?

Såg inte så mycket ut för världen från utsidan! Insidan var dock mycket fint, fräscha stora rum. Badrummet var lite litet men helt ok, fräscht och välstädat. Sängarna var sköna och bra med kuddar. Bäddsoffan var gigantisk, inga problem att sova två på! Frukosten var jättebra, det fanns allt från nybakat bröd, mycket pålägg, skagenröra, pannkakor sylt grädde, yoghurt, flingor/müsli av olika sorter, äggröra, bacon, korv, stekt ägg, smoothie. Ja allt du kan tänkas vilja ha till frukost fanns! Dåligt med parkeringar utanför så vi bokade parkering i garaget vilket var toppen. Lättillgängligt och stora parkeringsplatser. Mycket trevlig personal!

Vi nyttjade inte så många av hotellets faciliteter då vi kom sent och åkte tidigt dagen efter. Maten var okej men servicen var bra. Lite strul men personalen försökte hjälpa.
