We stayed for a night as a family of four , kids aged 6 and 10! I honestly Couldn’t fault a thing ! This was like staying in a 5 star hotel , so clean , staff were so kind , friendly and helpful . I would highly recommend for a family stay , so much to do for the kids , they will be entertained all day and the food was lovely too ! 10 out of 10 for us I will be booking two nights next time , can’t wait to go back !

When arrived at hotel reception it was noisy and congested with children 👧 running around. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. Breakfast was like Piccadilly Circus with Children and a cartoon character walking around. I asked for gluten free crackers but not availability as don’t eat bread. Poor selection of fresh fruit and had grilled tomato which was merely Luke warm. On second morning asked to be seated at a quieter area which was accommodated. This hotel is definitely very suited to those with young families as very family oriented .

Only issue with hotel- the shower! Not good.

Elevator beside room very load. Water was murky in swimming brownish tint off of it. Terrible smell in steam room and womens changing room was off putting.

Whilst the Hotel claims 4 stars,we were disappointed with dining options,accessible bedroom limited seating,bathroom was excellent.It would be difficult to get a wheelchair into the bedroom

A Great Place to Stay!

Great staff and especially Marita.

We were not expecting there to be a many children running around in the lobby or being present in the restaurant at a spa hotel.

The park is super and the pool is lovely. Restaurant has a good menu

Dinosaurs park and a brass band in the lobby, what more could you want?
