Overall, the stay was okay. It was your average hotel, with a decent room. When I arrived, there was no desk attendant present, so I had to wait about 10 minutes before being checked in. The room was very humid when I entered and the temperature was uncomfortable. The shower head was low and the handle was very dirty. The bed was comfortable, minus the sheets feeling moist due to the humidity.

Hallway smelled. The room was musty. The food was good!

Upon leaving the premises I showed the young lady a picture of my granddaughters back where she had been bitten and let her know that someone needed to change the sheets on both beds. I had asked for a manager, but was told a manager would not be available until Monday. Frankly, I have never heard of that before, and unfortunately no manager as of a week later has reached out to me because of the incident involving my granddaughter. There are lots of hotels within walking distance of the Comfort Inn that we stayed at. So do yourself a big favor, and go elsewhere.

Our room did not feel clean. There were 5 different hair types on the wall of our shower when we arrived. One of our comforters had holes in it with the cotton lining exposed and coming out. Our tv had a huge blue line through the center making it difficult to focus on watching the tv in the evening

I know not a lot of people take baths anymore, but the drain plugged didn’t fit so nobody could bath. That’s pretty unfortunate with a six-year-old special-needs daughter. There was a loud noise that sound like a huge generator that kept kicking on and off during the night. There was two earwigs. Only had two very, very little garbage cans. Positive thing was is that the beds are very comfortable, pillows are comfortable. The pool is very nice. And not crowded lol. Makes me kind of wonder why nobody was swimming in it but my daughter and myself swim in it both days that we were there. Breakfast was just that. Not great but not awful. Overall, the hotel is decent, but we will try somewhere else next time in town.

There needs to be better signage on how to access the hotel. We went around the block only to end back up where we should have turned the first time. But there was no sign and it was at the back of property of two other hotels.

The hotel is clean and safe. The staff is excellent and super friendly. The only thing that was off for me was the pool temperature, a little too cool for me but it was clean and open.

Hotel OK, stayed several times in the past, this time they couldn't or wouldn't print me a receipt, said they would send it email, OK, but when I get back home I don't have any email, called them and they said for me to call my booking website .I go to the Dr in Cinn. often I will find a different place to stay in the future.

Good, the staff was missing at the time of checkout. We left the hotel around 10.am

Our room was clean and beds comfortable; however the tub was super slick, dangerously so. We told the desk this. Room 315 needs a new tub or safety mats or real strips. Our tv worked poorly and the remote barely. Breakfast not great but okay

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was not what I expected after reviewing reviews before booking. Bathroom toilet has urine droppings on the rim and one of the beds had hair on top of the comforter. Mattress need to be replaced. There was an expected $100 deposit required at the front desk, which I never saw when booking the room, and then when checking out, the girl behind the counter seemed to have trouble getting my deposit back to me. Will not book this hotel again if in the Blue Ash/Cincinnati area again.

Everything was fine except my air conditioner did not work. The staff solution was to unplug it. I woke up cold and could not get heat causing me to wake up with a sore throat and ear ache

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything I'd like in a room when staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of space to work and charge devices. Good wifi (free). The bed was comfy, as was the furniture in the room. Plenty of hot water too. The building is an older building, but the room itself didn't feel old. I would stay here again when I return to Blue Ash.

Easiest check in and check out!

Stayed one night but hotel seemed clean and in good condition. This stay was part of a road trip in which I stayed at 2 other Comforts and this was the best by far.

We checked in and the guy at the front was great, there was a lady the second night she was great as well. Other than a few times we went to the front desk and no one was there it was great stay
