It was a below mediocre vacation stay. The place is outdated and extremely expensive. The central HVAC machinery was just outside of our room and the room was so noisy. Only good thing about the stay was the people who work at the resort. All very nice, polite and professional Other than that almost everything else was pretty bad.

This hotel is amazing ! Well located right in front of the marina. Staff it’s very friendly, make sure you give them a good tip , “ don’t be cheap” That being said, I don’t understand what is the hype about Cabo! It’s just a town in the middle on sandy desert with access to the beach. I’m glad I came but not planning of coming back.

Ideal location friendly staff but rooms a bit dated and pool was dirty never cleaned stayed 10 days.

Our stay was amazing. The room was very big, clean, and had a great marina view. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. The staff was very friendly, and there were lots of great amenities.

Gorgeous place, however didn't like that I had to call the front desk to get my room cleaned.

The security guards, and the bellhops were so friendly and helpful.The resort was nice with a great location! I have a problem with Expedia adverting they have laundry facilities which you expect to be onsite that you can use whilst traveling (which was a factor for me choosing this location). They have laundry services which means they collect your laundry & do it for you (which is very common I’m in Cabo) one load of washing ended up costing us $77 USD, which was unbelievable!

The pool staff were amazing.

The location was excellent, staff plwasant and welcoming...the only issue I had was with outside buffet by the pool, the birds were all over the food...no way we were able to eat it

Very friendly

We booked this property not realizing it was a timeshare. They say it is not a 'timeshare' but a membership resort. Call it what you want. After check in, we got the pitch to come to a breakfast presentation. "No pressure though", the guy told us, "We are not allowed to lie to you anymore". No thanks. We just wanted to go to our room and unwind. Everything came with a fee. We had a friend staying nearby that was going to come over in the evening for a drink on the balcony. No guests allowed unless they wanted to pay $40 for the visit.

The property has a nice pool if you want to swim....6' Cleaning of rooms could be better....floors never seemed to be mopped completely There were charges I found hard to swallow, we had a full kitchen but there was a charge for the coffee packages ?? Also, we requested ice as there was none in the freezer trays...we were charged for that...... And the topper was a daily "cleaning" charge........and it was optional !! If you don't review your bill completely you may be charged for extras. I paid the municipal tax with my booking but they said I didn't ..... even though I had the receipt they said I had to pay it at the resort and I should deal with my provider for a refund. stay at the sister hotel...Hacienda Encantada...... much much nicer and a great staff!!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was okay, but I made a mistake by signing up for a 90-minute timeshare presentation. I ended up being pitched by 3 different salespeople, which almost ruined my vacation!
