Everything was great. All the staff were nice and helpful.

It is a good hotel located on jabal hafeet. Good service. You need to bring a thick jacket and multiple socks during winter.

Good interiors on the lobby and the room. Clean hotel as expected from the Mercure brand. The male Filipino personnel in the dinner buffet was unfriendly though. Overall, very much worth my money because of its great location on top of Jabel Hafeet.
