The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and many options.

Instant coffee and a kettle in the rooms? No nespresso machine ir equivalent? This is Spain, great coffee but just not at the hotel. The Bistro not that great. Did not try the rice restaurant. No complaint about the room but when you see little things like rips in curtains kind of is a little lazy on part of the hotel.

Stayed on room only basis. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has nice lounge areas and a terrace. Location is good, nice walk along the river across the road. Easy stroll into centre too. Staff are superb, very helpful with all queries.

Room was fairly well thought out, bathroom was fine. Staff was helpful in getting me parked off-site, and in explaining most items (except WiFi code). Breakfast which was included was very good.

The room was really nice, staff were really helpful and room service was greatly quick. However, the walls are very thin and not well soundproofed, so when staying on a weekend be prepared to hear music/the sounds of other people in their rooms.

A pleasant stay. Everything was ok but staff not particularly friendly. Breakfast was good although it would have been good to have cooked to order eggs.

Great location. A couple of things to note - parking garage is 1.90M height so if you have an SUV it will not fit. You will need to park down the street at hospital for €28 an night. Also note there is a €26 supplemental charge for having your dog with you.

Very clean, good location and excellent breakfast

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The staff was outstanding, accommodating and they spoke and understood English.

I chose this hotel because of the onsite parking but when I arrived at the hotel there was no available space. I had to park away at night and walk 10 minutes to the hotel.

Located a short walk from the Cathedral square the hotel is overlooks a park and river. The property is welcoming and the staff are out to please.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal fue normal, fueron más amables a la salida que al momento de llegada, el cuarto estaba comodo,con algunos detalles en la limpieza, específicamente en el baño,en la tarde en la recepción se percibió un olor a desagüe muy feo, que llego al cuarto por la mañana, fue muy intenso y desagradable.
