Amazing! honestly. Staff are top! I would literally come here every year if I could. The staff helped us so much, they were very professional and understanding.

very very nice staff that's why i give 5 star the view was incredible. Be prepared to see a lot of bugs if you have small children they might freak out. Walls are l paper thin and you can hear everything- be careful if traveling with children.

Staff and service were amazing, shuttle to Sorrento was a great inclusion as it’s too far and not safe to walk. No food onsite but a great restaurant next door. Drinks are available just make sure you bring snacks with you.
