Perfect location! Absolutely spotless! Made our trip!

We had a really nice big room. Good breakfast included. Close to the old city centre.

The Hotel has a good access to the Center. Condition was clean. Breakfast had variable options to eat.

Hotel and room looks and smell good. Breakfast exceed my expectations. A variety of foods. A walking distance from many places. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel is ideally located…. Couldn’t be better placed… it’s clean and sharp looking. We had limited interaction with staff and they are v good. Bed wasn’t very comfy… restless sleep …. probably the pillows. Anyway overall it was very good. Thanks

Staff lovely

This hotel is in a really convenient location, within walking distance to the market square and bars, restaurants etc. The castle and river are also very nearby. It's a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good too, well worth paying extra for. This is the second time I've stayed here and I would definitely go back there again.

Gym is small, carpets are very tired, as is the bathroom. Could use a refresh. Staff are kind. Environmentally conscious with self filling water station instead of plastic bottles of water. Breakfast selection is fine, but short staffed to clear tables.

Staff incredibly unhelpful and rude. Can’t access my room and told to wait until 7 people ahead have checked in. Saturday afternoon 1 person in reception

Everything was good as in earlier stay

I wasn't too happy paying more than the original quoted price, a rise from about1500 zl to 18 00 zl, but at least my room had been upgraded to a business class room. The room, as was the hotel, cosy and warm during a very cold Polish winter. Breakfast would be better if a freshly made breakfast were offered as well as the buffet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and knew English well.

I think this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The room is spotless, huge rooms, good location, corteous staff. I will definitely stay again if I'm in Krakow.

Excellent stay all round

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the square. Excellent rooms with fantastic facilities. couldn’t fault it for the price.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Receptionists were great and made my stay feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is safe too for solo travellers, you yous a card to get in the elevator so no intruders can just go in. Is about a 1 minute walk from the old town square too which was very good! My hotel room was huge! It was very clean and immaculate. I can’t wait to return again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now when visiting krakow.

Great location, staff very helpful

had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also unbeatable, making it very easy to get around. However, the room itself felt dated. The carpets showed significant wear, and the bathroom was looking a bit tired and worn out. With a quick renovation or some deep maintenance, this place would be a 10/10.
