Clean room. Staff was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. Beach view was amazing! Will definitely be staying there again

We had a problem with our first room (water leak) but the reception staff were brilliant and moved us to two new rooms. These rooms were excellent, great views and good breakfast.

Property is staring to be remodel. As of now many a 2 ** hotel

Always a pleasure to return. The property is in need of a sympathetic renovation, but the unique character and wonderful staff make all the difference to special hotel and unique location.

We has a sand bune view witch was nice. The outside of the place is starting to show needing major repairs. Very friendly staff. Food was litttle on the higher side but was good. Overall a good stay.

Modern room with great Guincho beach view. While the hotel is in need of renovation, it’s a fantastic location, with a unique hotel design, decor and history. It’s really worth a visit.

The beach is exceptional, this was our second stay .

Beach is beautiful. Watching the surfers was entertaining. we wanted to sit on a yellow deck chair but staff told us we had to pay. Disappointed

This place could be beautiful but it needs alot of work. Everything is very old and dingy. Did not feel comfortable staying here. The only nice thing was the stunning pool.

The front desk people so nice , the cleaning ladies very pleasant, kind and happy . Bartenders very professional and nice . Near breakfast area smelled like sewer . Entrance of hotel smelled like mold . Place is abandoned.. owner should sell the place since he doesn’t care about it. It’s great location in a very beautiful beach. Such a shame left like no one cares

The pictures really does not match the property. It is very run down, the pool is disgusting, few rooms are renovated. Very misleading

Location is excellent for quiet ,relaxing holiday away from city madness. The propery is great ,but would benefit with some loving touch, a bit of updating but otherwise is excellent.I loved it as this hotel is not part of any big names ,any commercial chain ,it is unique, run by family. .Thank you for that.
