Unfortunately there are not a lot of options in Jasper. This hotel is great location but very overpriced for how outdated it is.

Stay was good but the hotel is next to a pub so was noisy until after mid night. Also no parking at the hotel so we had to leave our car over 2 blocks away. They have nice hot tubs which we will try if we ever stay there again.

Receptionist was great, restaurant was geat for breakfast as were staff It would be nicer if xheck in could br earlier

On a avait passé une nuit, car on faisait le tour pour differents endroits des parcs banff et Jasper. L’endroit c’etait propre et le personnel très collaborateurs, on avait arrivé vers 20h30, le stationnement à l’hotel n'était pas disponible, mais ils m’ont trouvé une place pour me stationner la nuit. Merci à tous!

Enjoyed the hotel overall with two attached restaurants. Rooms slightly dated, however, very clean. You're in Jasper, so go enjoy the beautiful outdoors, rain or shine!

Basic stay, the wall and door are thin, I was woken up by some people talking in the hallway at 4am… Also, they don’t provide tooth paste. Parking was paid, which was helpful.

The room was very roomy, took advantage of both restaurants on site and close walking to main part of town.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location. I had a view of the mountains which added that special touch.

Nice spot in heart of Jasper, hot tubs on roof were a nice touch! Staff very friendly would stay again!!

Pro: Location . Staff ( Some) . We heard someone complain about the guests as ‘little ****’ !! The younger staff were great . Parking: great Cons: We booked the hotel mainly for the hot tub but when we went to see the hot tub it didn’t look at all clean. It looked dated and we didn’t use it. Water in the room: we had to use either bottled water or when we ran out of water , we had go downstairs to the pub to fill our water bottles up. There was an ice dispenser in the corridor but no water dispenser. This is key . Not sure if we wood book - if we do it’s for the location.

Whistler Inn is an older hotel and I did not expect perfection from them. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in letting us in early and giving us a reserved parking space on a first come first serve basis.. the restaurant staff were also helpful. I know if I had needed anything at all the hotel staff would’ve done their best for me.🙌😃

Parking had a parking space someone parked across two staff rang him asked to move car didn't tell him people where waiting he got quite hostile towards us We offered to come down stairs and move when he came back there where plenty of spare spaces left was not happy and quit unhelpful and dismissive would not stay there again due to his behaviour needs to changes his attitude.
