Very nice property, clean, modern with a nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Was initially tempted to go with Tonquin Inn due to some price difference but after pulling up at TI and seeing what a dumpy place it was decided to spend a few extra coins and was so happy with my choice. Highly recommend for Jasper. The only my minor issue is their limited parking spaces. They will pay for city parking but you have to walk a few blocks . No big deal though.

The rooftop area was unfortunately strongly smelling of chlorine brightly lit and ymca like and had some smokers up there. The room was fine though old but the band was a bit loud. Breakfast was not only truly terrible and not as advertised but no refund was offered for the inedible omelet with plastic cheese (they subbed it as they were out) overcooked and took 35 minutes with only one other table there. My partners toast was very soggy and dripping literally all over the table with margarine. We will not be back.

Well maintained and in the heart of downtown jasper! Absolutely amazing view out of the hotel room window!

Beautiful room with a great view, clean, friendly staff, reserved parking! Only issue is the hot tub never opened on time and was not cleaned for the mornings, lots of sand in it. Can get very loud late at night if your window is by the rear exit where staff and bar patrons smoke.

It was nice experience for 1 night. Clean room and polite staff. Had a slight issue on the parking area. But overall, relaxing and peaceful stay.

Whistler's Inn has been my favorite for 40 years. Great location, best burger in town at Whistle Stop Pub and fabulous hot tubs on roof with awesome views! Comfortable rooms with mini fridge...room 220 is a good choice...close to tubs, stairs and ice machine.

Would not accept my certified service animal. Property did refund my money, but it was late and we ended up sleeping in our vehicle outside of town. I've never been turned away for my dog before, i was very disappointed.

Parking was great and close to the door. Gentleman helping me check in was so friendly. Requested an extra blanket but it didn’t come. The hot tubs on the roof are cozy with a mountain view! Will continue to come back time and time again. It’s probably the only place I will stay in Jasper.

Stayed here often ; always a decent spot. ; mattress in our room was pretty soft ( way too soft); 1st time we’ve run into that !!! we paid for a mattress , not a hammock ; Time to upgrade ??? Nice pub on site …

Parking was great and the room was perfect. We had the balcony on the corner second floor, 227 at the end of the hall. It was great!

Clean room with nice view and good location.

Friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Enjoyed two nights. Great Pub to watch the Oilers while sulking over my useless Canucks. The roof top pub was excellent. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathroom. The are was very walkable with several great options nearby.
