The hotel pool and bar is great. Breakfast was diverse and varies day to day. Room was clean but nothing spectacular. Everything around here will be walk ups but the AC in the rooms are excellent. I love that they have an airport shuttle Terrible wifi pretty much throughout the hotel except by reception.

Very helpful and patient staff. The entire campus was spotless and we had a great time. Will definitely go back in the future.

Overall, the property met our basic needs. Safe in room, clean towels etc. surprised that they did not supply the complementary bottle of water per person. Did not eat breakfast on site. Better options a short walk away

The hotel was okay,the rooms its look old,maybe they need to do some remodeling with the floor and the kitchen in the master room.

The room is basic, not modern but very clean and spacious and good value for the price! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, I speak very little Spanish and most of the staff did not speak English but they tried their best to communicate and help with any questions I had. Overall had a great stay!

I reported that there were cockroaches and the room and in the hallway and nobody did anything about the problem; there was no parking the rating should be 5 or less.

Very close to the airport which we wanted. FYI- no elevators which was fine for us but good for others to know. Bed was comfortable but towels although clean, they were fraying. One of them really should be put out of service and used as a cleaning rag at this point. It’s is a residential area so nothing in walking distance to grab a quick bite. We had a rental and we figured we’d go buy a few snacks and drinks to have in our room, however after we had checked in and paid, they informed us their policy is no outside food allowed to be brought in to the property. I thought they meant to the pool area which I can understand. However, I asked for further clarification and their policy includes no outside food in the room as well.
