Not a bad place for a small town in IOWA. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were nice.

Friendly and very capable desk clerk.

More breakfast choices would be nice.

Room was very clean. Staff was awesome. The rear deck could use some ground clean up.

Older hotel. Clean and suited my needs

The king suite did not have a couch as posted. There must be different types of king suites. We moved to a different room. Most of the outlets did not work. Also, the floor space next to the desk had not been cleaned for a long time.

Easy to find. On main highway. Super clean. Easy parking. Sausage gravy and biscuits, waffle maker, muffins, cereal, and toast for breakfast. Very accommodating.

The staff are very friendl.y. Pet friendly too. Just pick up the poo! Nice little deck in the back area for you to sit. The pet area is quite large. Really close to Rathbun Lake.
