Ocean view was fabulous. Restaurant had wonderful breakfast as well.

picked as it was close to airport. Older hotel not very well maintained. does the job if you need to spend a night.

The hotel is very decrepit. It is NOT a Ramada property.

The pool bar was not open as apparently there had been a fire. The gift shop was also not open, not sure why.

The restaurant menu is very limited, the only thing I found that could be improved.

Excellent hotel didn't have any issues with the service. The breakfast was great the front desk staff was genuinely nice and the location is perfect. The casino has a live band, drinks that's available for the guests and would recommend going as I will be going back

Staff very good . Clean and good breakfast bar . Hotel needs some renovation but my understanding is they are doing that also saw them putting a new water front patio on . I was told they will also be redoing pool. Reasonable rates and very good ocean views

The staff was great. The property, however, seemed neglected. There were literally dangerous holes in the waterfront decking. Outdoor cushions were ripped or missing altogether and the pool patio furniture was ripped.

Great location and amenities

Everything is good and clean. Except the outdoor pool. Need to fix all the tiles inside the pool. Bad for kids to play and people to use the pool. Why build the big pool if you can't maintenance it. The pool needed to be shut down and fix it.

Nice amenities, casino. Pool was nice but can use chairs, tables, music and open bar area. It was closed. Good location. Few restaurants walking distance. 20 minutes walk to water taxis to other islands. Felt safe walking around this area.
