When I made this reservation, I chose the option of breakfast for 2, for myself and my wife.
When checking in at the hotel, the receptionist stated that I had only paid for one breakfast, which was not even an option when reserving the room for 2 adults.
I showed her the Hotels.com app showing “breakfast for 2” or “no extras” being the only options. She said I would have to contact Hotels.com about this.
She went on to say if I wanted breakfast for 2 people, I would have to pay an additional fee.
I will avoid this hotel.
