Good hotel walking distance from everything

A 15+ minute walk to downtown "zocalo" or a 5 minute taxi ride. Very close to a mayor grocery store.

The best on every thing

Got room 1.5hr after check in time. We reserved 3 rooms all same type but one of them was lower category. We had to take that room for 1 night. But we requested a change and hotel gave us a higher end for the rest of our stay. Question is: why they did not give the same 3 rooms from the beginning. What's the purpose of paying to reserve the rooms if the hotel won't honor the request. Maybe they thought people won't complaint and just keep quiet. That's a very low tactic if they do that on purpose. Hope they stop doing that. Therefore I don't think I can recommend them.

Nice hotel, but NO HOT WATER, and limited parking.

The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nice. Just the waiter at the restaurant they have there was rude. He had a bad attitude. Not only did I feel that way but my entire family did. This happened around 10AM on 2/13/2026.

Definitely not recommended for a stay more than 2 days there. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door including next door fan making a weird noise all night long. Reason not recommended , it's location is a main busy street and car / honking noise all night long, no option for a room with mini fridge and no mini convenience store available near (maybe 3 blocks away , crossing the busy highway) if you want something simple as a cold water in hot Oaxaca or even a ice machine if you want to keep a cold drink. Room is clean and workers are very nice but just a uncomfortable stay.

Room spotless, no option for do not disturb though which meant the room was unnecessarily cleaned every day. Lovely restaurant, breakfast outstanding and fantastic staff and service. Pool area really nice and only a half hour walk to Centro.

Loved the pool. Grounds were well kept. Rooms are fine. A bit dated. Staff were wi derail. Location was pretty good. Restaurant was pricey. I had to use earplugs because of the street and guest noise.

Classic pretty but old. My room was close to the main road and it was super noisy and I couldn’t sleep well. Because the window is an old style that doesn’t close completely. Also staffs cannot speak English. I asked a taxi that I can use a credit card, but it wasn’t, so I had to pay more with usd. The location to busy area is also like 20-25mins walk, which is not easy during hot days. The price seems reasonable and building is cute with the pool, but make sure you’re good with above uncomfortable points

This hotel is close to El zocalo,which I found convenient ,the staff was very helpful and they always attended my requests or needs

We really enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff kept everything clean and stocked. It was a great start to our day

Everything was above expectations!!! Will definitely be back next year… ❤️
