Clean room, courteous staff

The staff were bery hospitable and friendly. Clean rooms with all amenities available.

Terrible and misleading reception staff. Go out of their way to be unhelpful to hotel guests.

Very incompetent staff. Tried overcharging me by claiming I needed to pay the third party commission fees on top of my existing booking costs- then back pedalled when I got hotels.com involved.

Initially room provided had construction work with scaffolding- no notice of this from receip Reception tried to over charge me a nd were rude and unhelpful when I tried to extend my stay.

Room is clean and staff courteous. Disappointed there was not a shower cap in bathroom

Wonderful property in middle of Kolkata. Staff, room , dining opportunities excellent. Only negative is that there is nothing much within walking distance and is below elevated highway.

Clean, quiet , very courteous staff, numerous facilities and a number of restaurants and bars to choose from!

Good accommodations and value for Kolkata standards. I will not hesitate to stay here next time I visit Kolkata. Staff are very good and attentive. Excellent service as expected for this type of hotel.
