The person on reception was impeccable. He was very professional, friendly and informative. The breakfast was outstanding in terms of quality and variety. Equally the rooms were of a high standard and clean.

Great location and food

Stayed 2 nights. The entire staff was excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast has been the best on our trip so far. It will be hard to beat. Every place was with in walking distance.

We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was a special bonus. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna which were great to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning and was a little disappointed but would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed in room 410 was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent The pool and spa area was lovely and made good use of it and all staff were very helpful.

Great location

The hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Rooms aren't big but are adequate and have iron and kettle. Didn't hear anybody else in neighbouring rooms and its very quiet for a central location. Breakfast has plenty of choice.

Great hotel in the heart of Wroclaw. Very friendly staff, superb breakfasts and specious and comfortable rooms. Nice spa area with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Will be definitely visiting again.

Very friendly front desk, comfortable room. Small sauna, gym and swimming pool are all in one big room. Close to local amenities and sightseeings.

Excellent in every way and well worth the money. Sad that the spa was being renovated and thus closed during our stay but we were offered the somewhat more superior facilities at a local health club which was much appreciated as was the compensatory complimentary dinner.

Excellent check-in experience with very pleasant and welcoming staff. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything was exceptionally clean.

A lovely hotel, right in the heart of the old town, the square on your doorstep. The breakfast was amazing! The only downside is that they're doesn't seem to be enough tables and chairs for when it's busy. The bar is good, reasonably priced drinks and the staff are great. The room was comfortable and clean, another little downside is that the body and hair wash in the shower is watered down. Bit the bathroom itself was great, hot showers and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend.
