I stayed the night of 5/13 and again on my return trip on 5/19. Staff were good, room good and breakfast good - above the average.

Building needs some refurbishing. One night, had to go to from desk for towel’s etc. Came into room while we were gone, but didn’t leave clean ones. Ice machine on second floor doesn’t work. Neither vending machines worked on 1 or 2 floor. Continental breakfast was very good.

The pool was in horrible condition. There was no ice or vending on any of the floors. We had to go all the way to the first floor for ice. All of the vending machines were empty, the front desk had a few items but not a lot to choose from.

Really close to my visiting destination

Nothing I can see is unusual. It is very easy access due to its position directly off the interstate. Turn right and right again and you're there. I was arriving at night in an unfamiliar area so I was very pleased with the location. Check in was ok. The customer service guy at the desk was much more interested in his personal phone call then he was in me. So that is why the poor rating on this. He didn't give me times for the breakfast, nor did he tell me how to access wi-fi. He wasn't rude, just indifferent. Breakfast was good like motel breakfasts but they did have hot eggs and good coffee.

Everyone was kind and very helpful however there were a few things that needed some care. The sink was leaking, the thermostat didn’t work and the a/c never went off. The treadmills didn’t work in the exercise room but it may have been a user error. Breakfast was always hot and there was plenty of it. Would be nice if there were 2 washers and dryer’s just for those that leave their clothes unattended.

It’s convenient. It’s not clean

Everything was great with the stay until we had the lights turned off on us at 9:03 for the end of breakfast. Take the food away, but don't turn off the lights when people are finishing their meal.

1 night stay this time. My son is a student at JSU so this is my go to place to stay every time I visit!

The pool was totally empty and not usable. The room we had was on the 1st floor right next to the ice machine and the door had a large gap where it should be closed. Not only could you see straight into the room through the gap going up the latch side, but all the noise of the hall way and the ice machine easily entered. The air conditioner has mold and smelled musty. There was evidence of water leaks and patch jobs all through the room, around windows, in the bathroom, etc. The chair had stains, the desk had grease, just all around not what you would expect. The bed at least was clean as far as we could tell. There was toothpaste splatter all over the backsplash under the mirror. For breakfast, they ran out of waffle mix and syrup, they did replace it when we asked but the orange juice tasted sour. Other guests were heard stating the hall stunk like someone was smoking although there is no smoking. We were watching the morning news and the lady straight up turned off the TV and just said sorry, it's 9 am and breakfast was over. She could have easily left the TV on for a couple of minutes so we could at least hear the end of the news story. The parking lot was small and sort of sketchy as far as feeling secure at night leaving your car there. They do have cameras and lights, but it's not fully fenced in and some spots cameras may not catch. All and all, not what you would expect for close to $100 a night.

Our room was on the bottom floor and whoever was above was extremely loud the entire night. Hardly any sleep. The room it self was spacious not the cleanest and the ceiling needs to be repainted. One reason we picked this hotel was for the pool but the pool does not work.

The location was good going to graduation in Jackson and it was close to the airport overall stay very good

Old, smelly, unfriendly, hot, dirty

This is definitely not a "vacation" hotel, meaning it's not the the type of hotel you would stay in for multiple nights. If you are in town for one night for a concert or event, it is an affordable option. This location is very outdated and semi-clean at best. Our room had paint peeling from the ceiling and stains on the carpet. It was however quiet and the breakfast was good. As for if I would stay here again, I would say it's very doubtful. We normally stay in Flowood where the hotels are much nicer, but wanted to try something different this time. I think from now on we will stick to Flowood.

Front desk clerk was welcoming, easy.check-in quick. Room was clean, fresh, close to amphitheater. And affordable. Breakfast... well, it was okay. You can make a waffle which would probably beat the eggs and bacon. But Hey, there's coffee. Altogether, decent stay for the price.

It was fine for one night. The beds are comfortable

I was in town traveling for work and the people above me had their kids running around above me all night , I complained to the front desk he told me to go up there and I can tell them myself because he called up there and it was nothing he can do. I asked for another room he said he couldn’t do that and didn’t have any and wasn’t caring at all !!! I asked for a late check out due to my guest having to catch some extra sleep because of the 3 hours of noise we went through starting at 11:00 pm .

Manager was very helpful with an issue that I had.
