Was good and clean. Staff was nice and breakfast was excellent

The staff are very helpful. The hotel was close to Dewsbury where we were visiting family. The room was ok, but tired looking. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. The curtains could do with being measured properly so they actually close. They were hung, but not every hook was up! It was only because it was convenient that we stayed here, we may have to look elsewhere next time.

The corridors were dirty and carpets grubby. Looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a while. Our bedroon curtains dont close enough to ensure total privacy or keep the light out in the morning. Executive Room? I dont think so The whole hotel needs a makeover. I wont be staying here again

Clean hotel. Not very friendly staff. I paid £15 for late chexk out at 1 pm (normal check out at 11). At 01.04 pm, I received a phone call and simultaneously someone was knocking the door to tell me that I am "late" for check out. Not very nice 😕

Amazingly no plug sockets beside the best to charge and use one's phone.

The room I was very satisfied with, the staff was very welcoming, which made me feel very welcome, whilst staying at the hotel. The staff was very polite, helpful

Staff were courteous, however, although our room was clean, other public areas to our room were questionable. The stairs leading to our room and the entrance were filthy, obviously hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed for weeks.

Very friendly and helpful member of staff at the front desk. The room was lovely and warm, bed comfortable and shower excellent.

The room was dated, the curtains didnt meet in the middle, was informed the restaurant was ope for food, but not the times of breakfast. The cleaner while cleaning the hallway banged the door with her hoover each morning. The mattress was akin to sleeping on the floor, it was that thin and hard. You wanna park near the hotel!! Forget it, all the bays are taken up with work vans, even the disabled bays. They have sold out to Welcome Break and sadly it shows.
