everything is good and smooth check in and friendly staff

Not one charging outlet in the unit. Luckily the agent let me borrow a connector. Limited cable channels - not much of anything - no FOX, CNBC, MSNBC....... Rust around the tub. Very small room. Carpets were dirty. $40.00 would have been a better price.

Bad shower water pressure and the tub was dirty. Everything else was alright

I paid $129 a night .very disappointed I couldn’t sleep . Dirty , smells bad . This hotel needs a renovation . Usually I take a very nice and clean hotel at that price .

It was very oldand and had an smell..Rooms were tiny. There was no elevator for the elderly if you have room on second floor

Although this property is in a convenient location, it needs major upgrades to compete with similar properties nearby. The air conditioning unit took a long time to cool the room. Staff service was inconsistent.

This was the 1st hotel i stayed that i literally had to call front desk repeatedly abput the tv .. theyha e a universal remote that controls the tv also they have limited outlets to charge up whatever devices you have .. and mind you this was a "deluxe room "

No windows, fridge froze our food, AC was noisy and the thermostat didn't work. We had to leave a day early and the staff said I was there and charged me.

Hall way stinks. All carpet are dirty. Room stinks as well. Not clean and the blanket had multiple holes.

I enjoyed my stay.

Not a bad spot for people going to Metlife. Little run down but matches the price that you pay. Staff is very friendly and on top of things. Area seems a little sketchy but wasn’t at all. Never felt unsafe. Mexican restaurant right out side hotel was absolutely fantastic and some of the most delicious food

Not the greatest quality rooms and location was not the greatest. Price was the selling point.

The staff were very helpful and approachable.

Room was fairly clean, old decore, My building had no air conditioning, I had to stay in hotel, had no choice and didn’t want to spend 250$ a night just to sleep. Breakfast very basic, I think it’s ok for emergencies like mine, or for truck drivers
