Simply, this is the best place in Jasper.

Wonderful clean and cozy cabin! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The check in lady, (Inga) was extremely helpfull and gave good advice about things to do in the area. Loved our Cabin and we all slept very well in the warm king-size beds.

Excellent place. The games room is great, the bbq and fireplace are also great. The staff is very good and always willing to help. Totally recommended

Awesome little cabins and great area. Easy access! The parking depending where you’re at on the property can be quite tight in a truck. However we arrive during middle of winter so it could be bigger than it seemed. Wifi was also not working for us to contact family/friends. Overall we will be returning as it was very cozy and pet friendly!

They tell you they have a pool but they dont tell you that its not open in the winter. Also the bed was not comforable there where spiders and cob webs in the windows and they dont restrict spacific cabins to dogs so if you have allergy you will absalutly have a reaction so bring antihistamines with you the games room is fun but insanly hot unplug the heater and open the windows and it will become bareable

I loved the cabins. Easy access to the property. Staff was kind and accommodating. The games room was alot of fun and able to stream the hockey game on the TV. The coffee and cookie station is a nice touch. The gift shop is nice for essentials needed for your stay and a few things in case you forgot the little things for a hike. Close to Folding Mountain Brewery for a eneving out. Looking forward to staying again when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and hot springs near by.

The check in was really easy and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was even better than expected and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downfalls were that the vent in the bathroom was extremely filthy, which I told staff at checkout. To which they replied they’d mention it to cleaning staff right away. The other downfall was that the shower was incredibly tiny and the shower head wasn’t really adjustable. This is coming from someone who is 5”3. So I found that to be a bit unfortunate. And finally, my rating is only 4/5 because the furnace was incredibly loud and strange sounding and woke me up throughout the first night. It was perhaps just because it hasn’t been in use for a bit, but at some points it made a sound similar to a crackling fireplace. It ended up being quieter on my second night which was a relief. To end this off on a high note, I was incredibly pleased to see a little path had been shoveled for me by staff quite early in the morning from the door to my vehicle. So that was really pleasant to see after a rather big snowfall!

Staff was very friendly and the resort is a really nice and cozy spot for families and couples. Rooms are comfortable and great quality. My one issue was the additional charge for resort amenities at the property that isn't reflected in the original price quoted and paid through Expedia. The amenities on the website include things like the lounge (closed at 8pm), cable tv, wifi (barely functional) smoke free rooms, and "free" parking. This charge feels a bit deceptive and I'm not confident the amenities provided justify it.

We had such a wonderful stay in the executive cabins—truly a peaceful retreat overlooking the forest. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. One of the highlights for our family was the amazing playroom. Our kids loved playing pool and table tennis, and there were plenty of other kids around, so they quickly made friends and stayed entertained. In the evenings, we gathered around the complimentary fire pits and chatted with other families—it created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, this stay was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering the value compared to hotels in Jasper itself. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend staying in the cabins rather than in town. It made for a far more relaxing and memorable experience.

The Hottub was not working and we did not know this till we got here. Also the cabin was noticeably unlevel which made it feel weird walking in. Could be a very nice place with abit of TLC

The suite was not very clean... could see lots of dust in bathroom and on curtains... could use a bit of love... the laundry room was great, as well as the play room they have in the main building. Coffee was excellent and games were fun. Its a beautiful place but could really use a lot more cleaning.
