Great overall experience

Clean, friendly staff, great food at the restaurant!

I never stayed in this hotel . They gave me the wrong location . We ask them refund no help from the manager . Be careful when you book with them

Like: Breakfast, Convenient location, close to where I needed to go, clean Dislike: wasn't clear about the refreshments in the mini fridge in the room were complimentary or chargeable. Shower head holder was worn so would not stay in position Some staff were very friendly and helpful some are not

Staff was very friendly and helpful, property was clean and well maintained, little far from main areas, but if you don’t mind spending little time in train, very good options, plus supermarket and restaurants around

Nice rooms with comfortable bed, light bedding, and quite air conditioning.

Nice basic keenly priced hotel. Restaurant was nice but limited choice. Breakfast was OK. The car park is underground at the rear of the hotel accessed via a one way street. The room is very smartly presented. Would definitely stay again when I am working in the area again.

Very good location.. only issue is it doesnt have an electric kettle in the room.. Rest all is perfect..

The hotel is very average. No hot meals during breakfast. No scrambled eggs. There are some benefits though. Very reachable from Barca. The hotel is equipped with good air conditioning, and it has underground parking which is suitable for higher vehicles (2.3 meters). Rooms are clean and the bath is convenient

The staff were not helpful or welcoming. Upon arrival they spoke to me through the glass doors and didn't open them to discuss my booking until I had confirmed my details. The rooms are very small, there is no bath mat and the floors are tiles so very slippy after a bath. Breakfast was basically cakes, all hot food was finished despite the buffet being on for a further hour. The second day there was no working coffee machine, no breakfast and barely any bread with very limited selection of spreads. I complained to reception who advised the Chinese guests had eaten it all. The coffee machine didn't work on the second day either and the juice supplied didn't taste nice. On my last night I reported my air conditioning wasn't working, the reply was simply they couldn't do anything about it. Upon check out I was asked if everything was ok with my room, again I advised the issues and the member of staff just stared at me, this continued for a very uncomfortable few minutes when I realized he had no good intentions and had no reply unless I said it was fine. Very disappointed. I would not return.

We never got to stay. We had to cancel the trip due to an emergency. The airline gave us partial credit. Yet the hotel would not even give us any credit at all.

Really lovely staff and service, only reason why it doesn't get 100 is we chose the place for parking, not realising parking was 12 euro a day. Also WiFi was not great. Buuut it was clean and the staff were kind and helpful, as well as fluent in English, so overall a good experience 😊
