The room was clean and the kitchenette was helpful to cook meals.

Amazing experience the family room was spacious, the staff was nice, no issues with parking. The only downside is that the walk to downtown Jasper is 20 minutes, otherwise a 5 star experience

Small issue with the shower curtain in our room not wanting to stay closed. Otherwise great.

The air conditioning was very poor. The AC kept turning off at night, and the room had poor ventilation. We could barely sleep because of the poor air conditioning. The tub in the washroom was extremely slow to drain, so we were unable to take a shower. The management should ensure proper air conditioning and plumbing before renting out the property. Very disappointed!

This a very average motel with no restaurant, no AC in rooms except a portable unit that was so noisy it was like a jet engine in the room. No central light in the room. Very old structure and needs to be brought up to date. And like all accommodation very expensive and for this motel I would never pay again

location was great, but we like a flat sheet included in our bedding and that is not available at Tonquin. Otherwise, nice stay

Stayed 2 nights there. It was a very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Its pool and hot tub are great.

Okay room. One window didn't have a curtain tho which made the room very bright during the early morning and late evening

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean beds & bathroom. Good accommodation with parking onsite near room. The floor was slightly noisy in areas due to being dated, but otherwise great accommodation!

Quaint ski-lodge rooms with sunken living room and fireplace. Smokey smell from fireplace might not suit everyone. Microwave available only upon request and takes an hour or two to get, so you might want to request one in advance. Easy walking distance (one block) to two nice restaurants, a bit farther to town center. Nice break from standard modern hotel. Would stay there again.

No le gusto que la habitación estaba muy fría con aire acondicionado al máximo con una temperatura en la calle de 4 grados sin ninguna posibilidad de regular la temperatura de la habitación . Preguntado a recepción como es posible contestan que desde ayer era verano y que la política del esrablecimiento es así : aire acondicionado para todos. Inacceptable . Nos trajeron una estufa eléctrica . À parte de eso , los exteriores de la habitación , pasillos etc muy deteriorados y poco cuidados. En El parking unas caravanas numeradas y con mal aspecto hacen pensar al llegar que pueden ser para uso de clientes . Dan muy mal aspecto ( foto) . A parte de eso , la cama era muy comida
