Hotel was vey traditional and in a great location, and easy walk to the centre of Pisa. Room was spotlessly clean and all of the amenities you would require, Breakfast was buffet style and was excellent, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again!!

Location was good and staff very friendly. It’s a cute hotel and we liked it. Our room however was not great because it was extremely cold, the radiator in the bathroom wasn’t working, and we had to get two additional thick blankets to try to sleep somewhat comfortably. I recommend you ask the hotel for a room they know for sure stays warm when it’s cold outside.

I found a hair In pastry during breakfast. Staff denied it when was contacted in regards. Also find a sock on my chair after checking in staff denied it that too after Expedia agents reached out them directly.

Great location, within walking distance of the train station and major attractions. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless but could have used some refurbishing.

Great staff, very enjoyable breakfast with top quality orange juice/fresh pastries etc. Bed was comfortable and room was exactly as the photos. Nice little extras in the room like slippers and kettle.

Lovely hotel with character that is 10 mins walk from train station My single room was small but had a safe, kettle, fridge and air con. Staff were very pleasant and efficient Would highly recommend, and i will stay here again

Nice big room, wonderful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was included and after the chef served a wonderful frittatta, he drove the hotel's airport shuttle van. Great location. Parking is a bit tricky.
