Super.locatiom with parking

Out of the area hotels their breakfast is the best. For some like us a good meal to start the day is essential.

Small room

bathroom is horrible. Hotel is very basic and staff don’t speak any english.

It was a little further from the old town than we had hoped. If there on business, a good place to stay.

Nicely refurbished, spacious rooms.

It gives American Horror Story and Lady Gaga vibes in the best possible way. Loved all of it and they were super friendly to my one massive dog and tiny j*rk of a Pomeranian too!

Easy parking during my stopover in Clermont-Ferrand. I didn't see many staff but they came to my room to help with TV. Breakfat was good.

Perfect comfortable room with all amenities, 10 min walk from bars and restaurants , wide range at breakfast time , parking is very tight but also very secure , will def stay here again if in the area with work

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel. Rooms were fine, nice breakfast... but it looks like I came back with a few bed bug bites... I knew it was common in France and I did a quick search on the mattress but didn't see anything... They must have been hiding somewhere else as I got about 10 bites...

The main reason I chose this hotel was the fitness room. However, I wasn’t able to use it, as it closes at 8 PM. Unfortunately, the operating hours of the fitness room were not mentioned anywhere on the booking page, which I find misleading. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel with more suitable gym hours. By the time I realized, it was already too late to cancel my booking. Overall, this was very disappointing.

Parfait séjour, digne du Radisson !

Très peu dormi de la nuit! Il faisait trop chaud en plein mois de mars . Mauvaise isolation

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et très confortable. Personnel accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel dans lesquel je dors à chacun de mes visites sur Clermont Ferrand

Chambre très propre et bien décorée, le petit déjeuné est varié et savoureux

Accueil déplorable à la réception, demander le moyen de paiement avant même de dire bonjour est inacceptable, surtout lorsque on se prétend être un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les chambres manquent d’équipement pour ce standing, déplorable, première et dernière fois.
