Nos asignaron una habitación habilitada para discapacitados y el baño se inunda cuando te bañas, se llena el piso de agua hasta la tasa, un encendedor en el lado izquierdo del lavabo esta roto, somos 3 personas en la habitación y sólo habia 2 toallas, en la cafetera sólo habia 1 botella de agua, en la alberca no había suficientes sillas

Al llegar el cuarto olia a sucio, me dieron otra habitacion donde encontre un calzon de un huesped anterior. Las alfombras de los pasillos estan sucias, rotas, los pasillos huelen mal.

My wife and I spent a week at the Holiday Inn Express in Puebla and really liked our stay. The breakfast buffet is the best with wide selection of hot and cold food items including excellent traditional hot food items (seasoned scrambled eggs, refried black beans, corn chips with green sauce, also great dribbled on scrambled eggs). Another favorite was fresh cut-up fruit: cantaloupe, watermelon and papaya. Another plus is next door parking area at no charge and staffed. My only criticism is that there is no bar or restaurant (but there is room service for food) but it is an Express hotel and good options nearby.

Estuve en el 2o piso, cuya ventana asoma a la calle y se ve en contraesquina una azotea fea, sucia, vieja, y llena de porquerías. Eso fue lo único feo.
