Didn’t get size of bed booked and there were bugs in the room and kitchen.

Great visit

Dirty, when I asked th to reclean my room, they put hair IN my bed that was on the bathroom floor!

This hotel informed me that a temporary charge of $100 on my card would be refunded after our stay. It was not credited to my account.

Rooms and dining area were clean and comfortable. Convenient for visiting family in Littleton.

The lady that checked us in was very annoyed and not very friendly. The one nice thing was an Hispanic girl that did all of the breakfast stuff and asked us if we need anything before we checked out she was awesome. Everybody else was annoyed and not happy.

Pool was closed all week and half of the lights in the hotel room did not function. Was fairly disappointed.

Hotel cancelled our reservation without any notice. Got to Colorado and the hotel to find this out at midnight. Had to scramble to find another place to stay. No empathy at all for the position that put us in.

Great space with kitchen plus 2 mirrors/sinks. Plenty of room. Free laundry facilities. Good breakfast bar

Fantastic, we will be back again. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and accommodating for our variety of needs.

There was a mixup on our room the first night, however, the manager on duty the next morning quickly got us into the correct room. She also went above and beyond by helping to get my car backed out of the spot I was parked in when someone parked less than 6 inches from my driver side door.

It was a nice room,safe and clean

For my seven day trip, the first 2 days we had no housekeeping come by, then the next two days they did come but didn't give us washclothes. After that is was hit or miss if we were given both towels and washclothes each day, so I often had to get some from the front desk when we got back to the hotel. We never put the no housekeeping sign on our door. Other than that mild annoyance, the stay was pretty average, not much else to complain about, other than our microwave turntable not working.
