Room clean. No issues.

Been here several times because it’s always nice and clean and right off of 95. This time it smelled like dog and dirty rug in the halls and the room.

I would give this hotel 20 stars if I could. From the front desk gentleman who was so professional and kind, to how clean the place was to how wonderful the breakfast was I will definitely be back.

Great night of sleep, even though it was near a road I didn’t hear a thing.

The room was great. Plenty of outlets for charging devices, very clean, bed was very comfortable Unfortunately the dining choices in the area were slim. Thank goodness the hotel’s free breakfast was very good!

Great stay, room was clean and pool was nice.

The staff and the bedroom were lovely. The hot breakfast was bad. The coffee and juice machines were out of order. The omelets, sausages, potato tots and sawmill gravy were not warm enough. The oatmeal was lumpy. The biscuits were overcooked.

Clean, quiet, polite staff. Everything looked new. Bedding was comfortable and clean.

Very clean room and bathroom and love the convenience of the free breakfast before getting back on the road

This was the perfect hotel for an overnight stay on our road trip back home. Right off the highway with places to eat around the area. Hotel was very clean and Customer service was kind and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was Very kind!

No bedding was provided for the pullout, tried calling front desk but phone does not work… at all, went down to front desk to ask for bedding for pullout and was given 2 fitted sheets and a very thin blanket with no pillows… there were no pillows available because someone didn’t do their job is what I was told by the clerk at front desk.

It was a good place to stop on our way home from Florida

The stay was okay it was just the breakfast like the cooks didn’t watch the food it was burnt all 3 days I stayed the oatmeal was thick and the pancake maker kept saying reload bag when it was full

Great place to stay! We travel between Florida and New Jersey and I always appreciate Holiday Inn Express - I always know what to expect and never disappointed.

Very limited parking with people hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot. Also smoking in the rooms. Shower water pressure was non existent. Very disappointing experience for an IHG property. Not a good value for the price of the room.

This hotel in Emporia is an easy on and off the I 81. Very nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very nicely appointed. Bed and linens very comfortable.

The room was vacuumed well with crumbs and nuts under the desk. The water was quite slow and trickling down. The manager and employees were friendly and kind.
