Staff was outstanding, I needed to check in several hours early to attend a Zoom call. They checked me into the room and made sure I had internet connection in my room.

Very nice from the outside and lobby but rooms very outdated and dusty. A/C system super old and very loud. We were not able to sleep with the a/c

The hotel is in a good location and has recently been acquired under the Sheraton Four Points branding. It is not up to the standard yet of that branding and probably needs some refurbishment. The breakfast was good but the buffet dinner was limited and wine options not good. The dining area definitely needs re-modeling. The room was comfortable but cleaning was not perfect and the sanitaryware ware was old with bath rather than shower. The hotel has potential.

Near airport: great! Not much else to do… but the most lovely wonderful staff! And so clean! What else do you really want in an airport hotel?!!

They couldn’t find my reservation and I had to wait close to one hour to check in at 12 am in the morning

AC leaked in the room so wet carpet and mildew. Close to airport and nothing else. Staff was not friendly at all.
