Love the customer service from the staff but needs more parking space.

Not the best, not the worst.

Had a great weekend. Beach access fantastic. Balcony for my brother to watch from made his stay much better.

As soon as we checked in and went up to our room our tv was broken. The toilet seat had blood on it like they didn’t clean it. The hotel needs a lot of work. There is water marks on ceiling and the wall is cracked. We spoke to the person in the front desk she stated it’s sold out so they can’t move us to another room. She stated they don’t have maintenance tonight and or housekeeping but she offered to come clean toilet seat from the blood. This place is disgusting. It smells like mold. The reviews on hotels.com were good but those reviews have to be bought because this place is a dump. My son is autistic and it was so late that going to another hotel wasn’t plausible. She explained nothing can be done we could leave if we want. It’s not even cheap a night for this hotel to look like this.

Great stay for one night before a cruise. Hot tub was wonderful! Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming!!

Smoke detector kept going off. So they removed it. Had to stay with no smoke detector.

The property is a good beach hotel. Its positioned on the seawall with beach-like activities nearby... Since its budget friendly there were a lot of kids (and parents) in the pool at all times. Not a problem but if you're traveling without kids then sometimes its no fun being around other peoples kids.

It was clean and quiet. I felt safe and they have a laundry site available so I could wash all my dirty clothes from the beach so I didn’t have to worry about it when I went home. It was a bit far from everything so I couldn’t just walk everywhere but I knew that from looking at the map. If I just wanted to walk across and go to the beach it was right there and that’s what matters.

The front staff was not helpful at all. The place itself is dirty and we had people next-door to us that played music so loud it shook our walls and did that multiple times through the night and the staff was just like we’ll get to it when we can.

Older hotel but very inexpensive stay. Good location across from the beach. Breakfast was lacking as there was powered eggs but no meat at all. Waffle maker was a plus. Overall quiet stay.
