The property needs a good cleaning and new carpet. It could be a very nice hotel if managed well

Mold in bathroom, 1 toilet didn’t work right, 1 toilet didn’t stop running, dishwasher leaked, AC didn’t work properly, whole hotel was extremely hot and woman at front desk in morning very rude and non helpful

They put a hold on my security deposit for 1 month.

Loved the two bedroom suite. Breakfast was very good too.

It was wonderful. Stuff was great, rooms are large, breakfast was good. Will be returning to this hotels

The attention of the dining hall and cleaning staff was excellent, but the receptionist was very impatient. Furthermore, if the keys have a problem, it's not the guest's fault. It's not fair that if you have a 4-night stay, they don't tell you that you should book a 5-night stay. The grill and pool area have no water. For everything else, it's good.

This was our first stay here, and we plan to come back to this hotel. It was clean, spacious, the complementary breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. The gym was nice, staff was friendly and hospitable.

Great food selection for breakfast and beautiful garden by the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the small exercise room and appreciated the kitchenette. They also have grilles under a covered pavilion though we did not use them.

The gentleman at reception was very professional and courteous. There was a small incident as I was checking in and he handled it skillfully. Well done, sir, I appreciate you, so sorry I did not get your name. The stay was comfortable and definitely will stay again if I am ever in the area.

This place is a dump. Room smells like dirty socks. Entire property is in disrepair stained, etc. I would like to inquire about a refund. I trusted your ratings and they were completely false and misleading.

Solid hotel for the value. Not perfect, but no complaints. If you want perfect, pay more somewhere else.

It was in a convenient location for us, with a supercharger near by. It was extremely outdated. The refrigerator door barely opens, rugs were stain, very cheap pictures on the walls. A place you don’t want to go back.
