A very good overall experience. Excellent staff, small but nice room, and a 2 minute walk to the train station.

5 min after. Licking realized it as wrong date by 1 day (due to time change and overnight flight ) only wanted to change deer from third day to Friday and pay any additional charges just didn’t think it would end up as a double charge….

the staff at this hotel were all very helpful and professional. The room was large and kept very tidy by the cleaning staff. I think the hotel gives excellent value for money.

The check-in was easy. Staff was very helpful and the hospitality was great.. Felt cozy and warm.

Good place to stay for one night. Across a train station very easy to get every where by train.

When designing the bathroom, it would be better to have a solid door, that is not see-through, instead of the glads door that was present in our room.

Very convenient location, next to train station, and close to bus stop. Stayed 6 nights. Complained on first day that two hallway lights leading to our room were not working, so the hallway was dark . Never fixed during our stay. Two days , housekeeping knocked at around 12 noon , and were told “not now please.. later” . They never came back . Nexpresso machine stopped working.. told receptionist who told me that the machine must need cleaning of the old pods . I asked if the person cleaning the room would do that , and was told they don’t, the guests have to . Ridiculous! Breakfast is good , but at around 18 euros, a little expensive. .

Next to train station, but very QUIET. Staff very helpful The smaller rooms have a very small bathroom and no door. The slightly larger rooms were perfect for a grandmother and 17 yr old grandson and the bathroom had a door!

Compared to 1.5 years ago, the hotel is not the same. Am staying there 2 nights and will be back for 2 nights but doubt if there will be a stay after that. In the past I truly enjoyed the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Not so much anymore.
