Bad choice, poor cleanliness, no hand soap giving the excuse of “sustainability”… won’t book again at this hotel

Easy to move around

Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast.

O Ibis Brigadeiro é um hotel simples, tipo "low-cost", no padrão de qualquer outro Ibis Style. O check-in foi rápido. O apartamento é relativamente espaçoso, mas sem nada além do básico. O banheiro é bom. O café-da-manhã é muito bom. A localização é muito boa.

Nice hotel located conveniently. Nothing fancy but meets basic needs. The only issue I had was the toilet didn't flush super well. Other than that it was a decent stay

Overall this was a great stay. Hotel is about 5-7 minute walk from the Faria Lima station. The staff were friendly and helpful, most of them spoke good English. The neighborhood is safe, with restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel.

This hotel was so overpriced on your site as to be a joke. the rack rate was 10Brasilian reads. You charged me $131 per night. To say I was disappointed in the accommodations was to say the least. It was almost a hostel and you charged a premium rate. This should be adjusted pronto!

Good people, place near by a subway stop and bus stop. BTY facilities was adequate.

No hot water in the morning shower (lukewarm at best).
